**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and Develop Training Programs: Create engaging and interactive training materials (workshops, seminars, presentations) that align with organizational goals.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual training sessions on soft skills topics such as communication, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence. Additionally,conduct process related training.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess and monitor the progress of employees through feedback, post-training evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Custom Training Solutions: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments, teams, or individuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest soft skills training trends and techniques to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role. Experience in corporate training is a plus.
- Minimum experience - 4 years as a trainer
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of communication strategies, leadership principles, teamwork dynamics, and conflict management.
