Job Title: Interpersonal Skills TrainerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Interpersonal Skills Trainer to join our team. As an Interpersonal Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training a team of associates to improve their soft skills, voice, and accent.Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting training sessions on communication, soft skills, grammar, syllable stress, and voice intonation.Ongoing monitoring of associates' performance and tracking deviations.Helping achieve continuous improvements by running refreshers that meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Regularly assessing training needs to fill gaps in performance.Conducting periodic meetings and huddles with the team to gauge and improve performance.Tracking and ensuring improvement of lower-performing associates.Facilitating internal audits on communications and soft skills.Successfully conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on a monthly basis and plugging back loopholes in training.Conducting refresher sessions with new hire batches on communication, soft skills, and cultural aspects.Publishing a dashboard on a weekly basis with numbers of monitoring and coaching sessions conducted.As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of training methods and techniques.
