Job Description
- Our real estate company looking to hire realtors with experience in residential real estate. We have a thriving brokerage with a proven track record in building and honing the careers of many highly successful agents. We offer in-house support and a useful continuing education program that helps new hires and existing employees reach their potential. Our company prides itself on providing exceptional service to our clients, including fast responses to inquiries and highly useful information that helps our clients make informed decisions. We also specialize in assisting our clients with finding potentially profitable rental, investment properties and Housing Loan from all Major Banks.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.

Job Requirements
- Network & prospect to find potential clients & sell them on the benefits of using our company.
- Travel to properties with clients to show off the features of each home and help them compare different properties based on their needs.
- Assist clients in developing “wish lists” of features they want in their homes.
- Guide clients through the process of staging and preparing their homes for sale.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Travel
- Up to 20% travel
- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
