**Job Title**: Accounts Payable Executive - US Shift (Night Shift)
**Location**: Ahmedabad Gujarat
**Compensation**: 6-7 Lakh P.A.
**Shift Timing**: US Night Shift (EST Hours)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years
**Language**: Fluent English (Verbal & Written)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, and receiving)
- Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor queries
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Payment from Bank and Credit Card both ACH and Wire
- Contact with vendors to confirm bank details and outstanding invoices

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently during US night shifts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
