This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and stability of our company through meticulous management of incoming and outgoing funds.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Invoice Management:

- Generate accurate and timely customer invoices.
- Process incoming payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve any discrepancies.

Payment Processing:

- Handle all vendor invoice entries and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers.

Financial Records:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to receivables and payables.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Communication & Coordination:

- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding financial transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
