**Job Overview**:
As an Account Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process. This includes maintaining accurate records of all incoming payments, following up on outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely collections. You will also be responsible for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to payments, as well as providing regular reports to the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming payments
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment-related inquiries or concerns
- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
