**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoice preparation, payment tracking, and collections.
- Prepare and maintain records of financial transactions.
- Utilize Tally software for accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial data tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of accounts receivable activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to follow up on pending payments.
- Assist with month-end close processes and support other accounting functions as required.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Tally** and **Microsoft Excel**.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
- South African Account
- Age Limit : Up to 26 Years.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
