**Responsibilities**:

- Listing products on various e-commerce platforms including but not limited to Amazon, Jio Mart, Walmart, and our own website.
- Managing the order process from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize product listings.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback from customers.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.

Salary Offered: INR 8000 to 10000 per month during the internship period.
