**Job Title: Academic Counsellor**

**Job Summary**:
The Academic Counsellor is responsible for providing academic guidance, support, and counselling to students to ensure their academic success and personal development. They work closely with students, faculty, and other stakeholders to address academic concerns, develop educational plans, and promote student engagement and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding academic issues, including course selection, academic performance, and career goals.
- Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their academic interests, abilities, and career aspirations.
- Conduct assessments to identify students' academic strengths and challenges and develop strategies to enhance their academic success.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic support programs, workshops, and resources to enhance student learning and retention.
- Monitor students' academic progress and intervene as needed to address academic difficulties or challenges.
- Provide information and guidance to students on academic policies, procedures, and resources available to support their academic journey.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling sessions to track progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in academic advising and counselling to continually improve services and support for students.
- Participate in professional development activities and training opportunities to enhance counselling skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a resource for students seeking information on academic and career opportunities, including internships, study abroad programs, and graduate school options.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
