Key Responsibilities

3. *Provide Product/Service Information*: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.

4. *Process Customer Orders*: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

5. *Maintain Customer Records*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Skills and Qualifications

1. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. *Problem-Solving Skills*: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints.

3. *Product/Service Knowledge*: In-depth knowledge of products or services.

4. *Time Management Skills*: Ability to manage time effectively to meet customer demands.

5. *Customer Service Skills*: Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience

1. *High School Diploma or Equivalent*: High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. *Customer Service Experience*: Previous customer service experience preferred.

3. *Training and Certification*: Completion of customer service training and certification programs.

Work Environment

1. *Call Center*: Work in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries via phone.

2. *Retail Store*: Work in a retail store environment, assisting customers in-person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
