/Part-timeJob Summary:
The Guest Services Associate (GSA) in the Food & Beverage (FNB) Service department is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. The GSA will assist with seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area. This role requires a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and manage reservations.
- Provide menus and introduce daily specials and promotions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- **Order Taking and Serving**:

- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet guests' specifications.
- **Transaction Handling**:

- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist colleagues during peak times and provide support as needed.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the FNB Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a food and beverage service or customer service role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
