**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company’s database systems and software.
- Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and correctness.
- Correct errors and ensure proper formatting of data entries.
- Perform data cleanup and validation tasks as required.
- Respond to queries and requests related to data.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.
- Generate and maintain regular reports based on data entered.
- Assist in data-related projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform regular backups of data and ensure systems are running smoothly.
- Support team members with any data-related issues or questions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with office software and data management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data management or IT is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,411.19 - ₹25,209.20 per month
