Data Entry Operator

**About Us**:
Credco is a leading player in the polymer industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our valued customers. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Review and process documents, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and provide data as requested by the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and effective operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in typing or data entry are a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (mention required speed, e.g., 40+ WPM).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
