- **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry._
- Verify and log the receipt of data accurately._
- Transcribe source data into the required electronic format._
- Transfer information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners._
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inaccuracies._
- Ensure data integrity and security by following proper procedures._
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information._
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and handling._
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data entry tasks._
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned._
- **Requirements**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification._
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role._
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail._
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision._
- Strong organizational and time management skills._
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information._
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems is a plus._
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively._
