**Reservation Executive : Job Description**

1. Handling of OTA and maintaining parity

2. Preparation of Reports - Occupancy Forecast Report, Competitors Analysis Report, No Show Report, Positioning Report, OTA Conversion, Other MIS

3. Training and Managing the members of Sales Team

4. Coordinating with the Ops team for guest requests and grievances

5. Highlighting major points to management

6. Coordinating with Front Office, marketing and all departments with regards to occupancy, Rate & Villa Revenue

7. Handling of Inventory

8. Developing of Travel Agent Network
Preparation of Monthly MIS

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai - 400614, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
