**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Asset Inventory Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals. Ensure that all asset records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Regular Audits: Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of asset records and address discrepancies as needed.
- Centralized Tracking System: Implement and manage a centralized asset tracking system to monitor asset lifecycle, usage, and performance.
- Team Management: Plan, organize, and manage the asset management team, including overseeing schedules, shift rotations, and PTO requests/approvals.
- Operational Metrics: Ensure adherence to operational metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) by tracking performance and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Escalation Support: Provide L2 and L3 escalation support for complex asset-related issues, collaborating with other teams to resolve problems effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process and efficiency improvements to better manage SLAs and optimize asset management practices.
- Dynamic Management: Oversee the dynamic management of tools, systems, issues, and customer interactions to ensure seamless asset operations.
- Reporting: Ensure that reports related to asset management are accurate, timely, and delivered as scheduled. Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, status updates, and projections.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective procurement, maintenance, and support of assets.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Asset Manager (CAM), ITIL) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing IT asset portfolios.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Asset Manager (CAM) or similar credentials are preferred.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in asset management tools and software, with a deep understanding of IT asset management best practices.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing asset records, conducting audits, and preparing reports.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams, including scheduling, shift rotations, and PTO management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in asset management.
- Customer Management: Experience in managing customer interactions and resolving complex asset-related issues.

**Working Conditions**:

- Schedule: 8 AM to 8 PM
- Location: On-site

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
