We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven female Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and promoting our exquisite stone/gem jewelry to potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our stone/gem jewelry products and services.

2. Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers, and convert them into leads.

3. Promote Products: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our stone/gem jewelry products.

4. Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any concerns.

5. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.

6. Maintain Records: Accurately record customer interactions, leads, and sales in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information.

4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.

5. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of stone/gem jewelry products; training will be provided.

6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
