We are looking to hire a Jr profile for IT Admin / Admin.

**Major Responsibility**
- **Lifecycle management of all hardware**
- Ensure hardware Inventory is up to date and correct at all times
- Hardware allocation tracking
- Manage hardware loan requests and re-distribution of hardware
- Manage the redundant hardware disposable tasks

**- Laptop base software configuration (OS, Office 365,etc)**
- IT asset demand fulfillment & administration
- Liaising with Accounts, Engineering, and other team for IT asset fulfillment

**- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for IT Asset Management**

**Optional Responsibility**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/**travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management**

**- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary**

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
