**Position Title: CNC Press Brake Operator**

**Experience Required**: 3+ Years

**Job Location**:Ahmedabad (Kanbha-Kuha Road)

**Budget**:35000 to 40000

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Select and install tooling, adjust machine parameters, and perform test runs to ensure program accuracy and quality.
- **Operation**: Load sheet metal, monitor production runs, and make adjustments to maintain bending accuracy and quality.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and conformity, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and report any potential machine malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of CNC programming principles, metal properties, and press brake operation mechanics.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- **Math Skills**: Knowledge of basic geometry and calculations for bend allowances.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of precision and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Capability to troubleshoot machine issues and adjust programs to resolve production challenges.
