**Job Description**:
As an Operational Excellence Intern, will play an active role in supporting key initiatives to improve efficiency, and drive operational performance across various departments. You will assist in the implementation of Lean, and other continuous improvement tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Assist in Process Improvement Initiatives**:

- Collaborate with operational teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Support process mapping, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming and continuous improvement meetings.
- ** Data Collection & Analysis**:

- Gather and analyze operational data from different departments.
- Assist in identifying trends, outliers, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Help in preparing reports and dashboards for management review.
- ** Documentation and SOP Development**:

- Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Help in documenting process changes and improvements for future reference.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work closely with various teams, including Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to understand their challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in problem-solving and solution development to streamline workflows.
- ** Continuous Improvement Culture**:

- Support the promotion of a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.
- Participate in organizing and conducting improvement workshops and events.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

**Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, Minitab, or Excel is a plus
