In-Depth knowledge about creating product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, eBay, Shop clues, or any other eCommerce portals.
- Good understanding of the placement of Keywords, Making Titles, Bullet Points, and E-Commerce SEO Friendly Product Descriptions.
- Good Understanding of improving product ranking organically on all the marketplaces.
- Knowledge about managing Sponsor Product Campaign (Auto and Manual) on both Amazon and Flipkart efficiently with good RoI and ACoS.
- Generating all kinds of business reports, Sales reports, and Return reports and giving the business insight to the sellers to add valuable input to improve the client business efficiently.
- Understanding about drafting a Plan of Action (POA) against any suspended account or Suspended ASIN and able to reinstate the Account of ASIN by providing a Plan of Action.
- Contact clients over the phone directly and handle any client escalation efficiently and fulfill the client requirement within the timeline.
- Mature enough to distribute the work within the team and deliver the error-free work to the clients within the timeline TAT.
- Aware of all the new updates in the eCommerce industries and update the team members about the update with a complete explanation.
- Adding contribution to the current business development by adding more clients within the existing business.
- Annual strategy for large-scale and medium-scale events for existing & new sellers.
- Working with Product teams in generating meaningful insights and subsequently educating the seller community
- Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
- Get competitive quotes and ensure the best vendor/ partner association
- Obsess over sellers enduring motivations, cultural context, and the business landscape leverages marketplace data and trends to more deeply understand behavioral drivers of different seller cohorts
- Be the Voice of the seller for the marketplace teams. Collect, document, and act on seller feedback leading to improved seller experience.
