The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. You’ll work closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs and contribute to building lasting relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Communication**:
- Assist clients with product selection, order status, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, providing timely solutions.
- **Order Management**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to process and monitor orders from initiation to delivery.
- Keep customers informed on order progress, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.
- Work with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Product Knowledge & Recommendations**:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range and custom branding options.
- Guide customers on product choices that meet their corporate gifting needs and budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer clients fresh and unique gifting ideas.
- **Customer Retention & Relationship Building**:
- Proactively follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and effective follow-up.
- Identify and escalate potential business growth opportunities to the sales team.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics.
- Assist in compiling FAQs and support materials to streamline customer interactions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or gifting sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and familiarity with online chat tools.
- Knowledge of corporate gifting industry trends is a plus.
- Females are most welcome.
- Speaking Hindi is an added advantage.
