Designation
- Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:
**Must have experience in Designing Modular Kitchen**

Meet with clients to determine their needs, preferences, budget, and overall vision for the space.

Develop detailed design concepts and present creative ideas through sketches, renderings, and mood boards.

Select and specify furniture, fixtures, lighting, materials, colors, and accessories that align with the design concept.

Create and manage design plans, including space planning, layouts, and specifications for furniture and finishes.

Prepare project documentation, including floor plans, 3D models, construction drawings, and specifications.

Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the design.

Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed according to design specifications, budget, and timeline.

Research and source materials, products, and solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and design innovations.

Ensure that all designs comply with relevant safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture design, and architectural elements.

Understanding of building codes, regulations, and ADA compliance.

Excellent sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and sourcing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 1 year (required)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (required)
- System design: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
