**Role Overview**:
As a Junior Architect at IDAS Redefined, you’ll play a crucial role in our design and project development process. You’ll work closely with senior architects, project managers, and clients to bring architectural visions to life. Your technical expertise and creativity will contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and construction documents.
- Assist in site analysis, space planning, and programming.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to material selection, finishes, and interior design elements.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support project documentation, including specifications and schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in the following software:

- **Autodesk AutoCAD**: Ability to create accurate 2D drawings and understand layer management
- **Autodesk 3ds Max**: Knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization.
- **Trimble SketchUp**: Ability to create 3D models and presentations.
- **Layout (SketchUp)**: Familiarity with creating construction documents.
- **V-Ray**: Experience in rendering and lighting.
- **Adobe Suite**: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic presentations.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for sustainable design and emerging architectural trends.
