**Job Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of lighting products to new and existing customers. This role involves visiting client sites, understanding their requirements, and providing customized lighting solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the showroom’s lighting products and services to prospective customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to expand the showroom’s client base.
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Customer Visits & Demonstrations**: Regularly visit potential and existing clients to present product offerings, conduct demonstrations, and provide technical support as required.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate sales deals, prepare quotations, and close transactions to achieve revenue growth.
- **Product Knowledge & Technical Assistance**: Develop in-depth knowledge of lighting products, industry trends, and customer preferences to effectively guide clients in choosing appropriate solutions.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Gather feedback from clients, report on market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with the internal team for continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with showroom staff and management to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
