**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the showroom’s lighting products and services to prospective customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to expand the showroom’s client base.
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- **Customer Visits & Demonstrations**: Regularly visit potential and existing clients to present product offerings, conduct demonstrations, and provide technical support as required.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate sales deals, prepare quotations, and close transactions to achieve revenue growth.
- **Product Knowledge & Technical Assistance**: Develop in-depth knowledge of lighting products, industry trends, and customer preferences to effectively guide clients in choosing appropriate solutions.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Gather feedback from clients, report on market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with the internal team for continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with showroom staff and management to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
