**Position**: Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Surat
**Age**: Less than 35 years
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in telesales
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set for the role
Manage Sales Funnel:Manage sales funnel to deliver optimum conversion on leads
Product Knowledge: Understand our products/services thoroughly to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers
Sales Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to meet the specific needs of each client
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Market Research and Competitor Mapping: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Experience in tele-sales, ed-tech sales
- Comfortable in telephonic interaction, min 90 mins daily
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good at negotiations
- Analytical and logic driven
- Interest in detailing
- Constant learner
- Problem solving
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
