ROLE PROFILE:
Reporting to People Services & Solutions Employee Relations Lead this role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Employee Relations processes and policies globally. This role will be part of a team of specialists who manage and resolve queries from our people leaders, providing ER expertise in partnership with our ER COE and people partners.
ROLE SUMMARY:
- As part of our supportive and inclusive People Function, this role will be part People Services & Solutions team and will provide first line ER support to our people leaders on a wide variety of employment related issues, ensuring that our standards for quality and timeliness are met.- Providing advice & guidance across a full range of employee relations topics, this role will also play a key part in identifying and supporting process improvements, ensuring we remove friction and enhance colleague experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for case intake, evaluation of severity and priority to triage ER queries, ensuring timely, consistent resolution and accurate service delivery.- Ensure employee queries are addressed accurately and efficiently. Handle ER cases and provide solutions to sophisticated issues in a timely manner.-
- Ensure accurate, timely and consistent ER case recording and ER data management using our case management system. Identify trends across businesses and geographies to recommend proactive measures creating positive impact on colleague experience.- Ensure Employee Relations case management meet quality standards and service level agreements and provide high-quality service.- Provide inputs and support in identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive process efficiency, manage risk and enhance colleague experience. Partner with the people operations team to identify areas for streamlining processes and improving service excellence.- Ensure that you are well-versed in processes, policies, and systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience in ER practice and process, ideally within a service delivery team operating globally.- Proficiency in ServiceNow or other ER/HR case management systems is crucial.- A collaborative approach to delivering shared success, both when working within our own team and with our wider partners.- The ability to advise, coach and upskill our People Leaders as you take them through ER issues.- Ideally educated to degree standard or hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business management, people management, operations, etc.).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be customer focussed and dedicated to delivering great experiences.- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
