**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
- Engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions to match.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Handle objections professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive, confident, and friendly phone manner.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services, with a focus on generating sales and increasing revenue.
- **Customer Focused**: Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Resilience & Motivation**: Able to stay positive and motivated through rejection, working toward consistent results.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage customer data and follow precise processes for each call.
- **Target-Driven**: Proven ability to work towards and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems and dialing software.
