**Responsibilities**:
1. Collect data on potential clients and industries to build a comprehensive database.

2. Make outbound calls to prospects on a regular basis to promote our products/services.

3. Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organizations.

4. Pitch our products/services to potential clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.

5. Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.

6. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

7. Keep accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to build rapport with potential clients and handle objections effectively.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
