Customer Acquisition Executive Intern

Position Overview:
A Customer Acquisition Executive Intern is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for reaching targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.



Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.



**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or higher secondary education with relevant experience.
