**Acquisition Executive**

As an Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and managing acquisition-related communications with businesses and individuals across the UK, Germany, Ireland, and Canada. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, cultural awareness, and a smart, professional approach. You’ll play a key part in securing valuable opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and maintain communication with potential acquisition targets across multiple regions.
- Build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Conduct market research and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and communications.
- Represent the company with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt to different cultural and business environments.
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
- Self-motivated with a long-term commitment to career growth within the company.
- Experience in sales, acquisitions, or business development is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
