**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. Your role will involve creating visually appealing interfaces, improving user journeys, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and developers.
- Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design intuitive user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that showcase functionality and aesthetics.
- Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and infographics.
- Present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs.
- Troubleshoot UX problems and optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
- Conduct user research and integrate feedback to improve designs iteratively.
- Ensure adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, and visual hierarchy.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a **strong portfolio** showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop**.
- Knowledge of wireframing tools like **Wireframe.cc** or **InVision**.
- Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles** and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to effectively present and defend design concepts.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** is a plus.
- Basic video editing or animation skills are a bonus (willingness to learn if needed).
- Prior experience in **WordPress management** and **graphic design** is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
