**Telecaller for Educational Consultancy and Student Counseling**

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our educational consultancy and student counseling team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational consultancy services and providing guidance to prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential students, answer their queries, and assist them in their educational journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in our educational consultancy services.
- Provide detailed information about various educational programs, courses, and institutions to potential students.
- Understand the needs and aspirations of students and provide personalized counseling to help them make informed decisions regarding their education.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by prospective students, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain a database of prospective students, their contact details, and their preferences for future reference.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to coordinate student counseling sessions and ensure seamless communication between all parties involved.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage potential students effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.

Ability to listen actively and empathize with students to understand their educational needs.

Familiarity with educational programs, courses, and institutions, with the ability to provide accurate information and guidance.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
