**Introduction**:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs within the organization. This role involves coordinating the logistics of training sessions, and ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to perform their roles effectively. The Training Coordinator works closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
**Your Job**:
- Training Program Development:
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials and programs.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Schedule training sessions and manage training calendars.
- Coordinate the availability of training venues, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure all training logistics are in place for smooth execution of training sessions.
- Participant Management:
- Register employees for training sessions and track attendance.
- Communicate training schedules and updates to participants.
- Address participant inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Evaluation and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation and records.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving training processes and materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
