We are looking for a **female Executive Assistant cum Office Manager** who can independently manage day-to-day office operations and assist the CEO. This role requires someone responsible, proactive, and capable of handling hiring, payroll, team coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks—especially in the CEO’s absence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate hiring: posting jobs, screening resumes, and setting up interviews.
- Maintain employee records, handle attendance, and process payroll.
- Communicate with clients for updates, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
- Handle team coordination and internal communication.
- Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain important documents, prepare reports, and assist with basic HR tasks.
**Required Skills**:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities without supervision.
- Trustworthy, organized, and responsible.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in executive support and office management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
