You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager who is based in the UK, you will be part of a team of 2 coordinators. You will work in a collaborative and supportive environment that actively encourages learning, growth, and individual development.

In time you will learn a wider variety of skills that will mean the list of responsibilities below will grow as you evolve in the role. With that evolution and success other doors will open up for in the future at Bazaarvoice be it in the Talent Acquisition team or elsewhere.

**What’s involved**:
b) You will work with Talent Acquisition Partner and global hiring managers to coordinate and schedule global interviews (live and virtual). This work may include complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

c) Communicate with recruiter and hiring managers on talent funnel actively.

f) Manage background checks.

i) Partnering with marketing and the wider people function to create compelling and engaging content for social channels.

j) Helping with hiring events and employee brand awareness initiatives.

m) Any other additional support needed by the team.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function(preferred).

You have superior customer service skills. You take initiative; resourceful in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions.

You are apt, organised, and committed to getting this done.

You can handle high volume, and understand the importance of prioritising.

Passionate about the role of culture and talent engagement in a successful business.

A genuine interest and desire to work in the space that Bazaarvoice sites: marketing technology/ software.

Significant experience with Microsoft Outlook, g-Suite and Word/Excel.

Tech savvy in the office environment - e.g. collaboration tools.

Excellent written and verbal business fluency in English.

You possess excellent attention to detail, including accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation

You have strong follow-up skills; keeps all the balls in the air

Assist in recruiting operational projects and strategies

Eligibility and authorisation to work in India without limitations or restrictions.

Experience of people / HR systems (ATS, Workday, survey tools etc.)

Marketing and/ e-commerce program management experience.
