We're in the midst of rapid growth and are actively seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our talent acquisition efforts, making a significant impact on our exciting journey. As we rapidly expand, we're on the lookout for someone who not only understands the dynamics of startup hiring but thrives in our fast-paced and innovative work environment.

KEY Talent Acquisition:

- Embark on the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and skillfully negotiating offers.

- Work in close collaboration with hiring managers to truly understand their needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

- Dive into enhancing HyperVerge's employer brand, making us even more appealing to top-notch talent.

- Ensuring every candidate has a delightful experience throughout the recruitment process, mirroring our culture and cherished values.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

- Harness the power of data and analytics to measure the efficacy of our recruitment efforts, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition efforts with our overarching business objectives.

- Provide invaluable guidance and support to hiring managers, empowering them to make well-informed hiring decisions.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in SaaS space

- Demonstrated proficiency in full stack recruiting, in GTM, G&A and techno-functional roles.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities

- Willingness to work out of office 4-5 days a week

Note: This is a contract role for 6 months, which may be converted to full time basis performance.
