Bayasys is an IT solutions and services company based at Kochi.

Opportunities & Responsibilities:
2. **System Monitoring**: Monitoring system performance and resource usage, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and ensuring optimal system operation.

3. **Security Management**: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect Linux/Windows/Mac systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats. This may involve configuring firewalls, implementing access controls, and installing security patches and updates.

4. **User Management**: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights on Linux systems. This includes creating and deleting user accounts, assigning appropriate permissions, and enforcing security policies.

5. **Backup and Recovery**: Implementing backup and recovery strategies to ensure the integrity and availability of data stored on Linux systems. This includes scheduling regular backups, testing backup procedures, and recovering data in the event of system failure or data loss.

6. **Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution**: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on Linux systems. This may involve troubleshooting network connectivity problems, identifying software bugs, and working with vendors to resolve technical issues.

7. **Performance Tuning**: Optimizing system performance by tuning system parameters, configuring kernel parameters, and implementing performance monitoring tools.

8. **Scripting and Automation**: Writing scripts and developing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency. This may involve using shell scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

9. **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. This helps ensure continuity of operations and facilitates knowledge transfer among team members.

10. **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborating with other IT team members, such as network administrators, database administrators, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of Linux systems with other IT infrastructure components. Effective communication skills are essential for documenting procedures, providing technical support, and coordinating with stakeholders.

11. **Cloud Server**: Create/Maintain/Monitor cloud instances

12. **SVN**:Create/Maintain
Repository in SVN. Manage user accounts for each repository. Schedule backup
and ensure recovering data

**Location**:

**Basic Qualification**:
BCA, BSc CS, BTech CS/IT or Three year Diploma in Computer Engineering from a reputed institution.

REDHAT certification or Course completed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
