**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure network architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Identify and resolve system failures, bottlenecks, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the long-term efficiency of the network.
- Infrastructure Inspection and Repair:

- Inspect LAN infrastructure regularly to identify and address minor or major problems and bugs.
- Conduct repairs and adjustments to network components as needed.
- Maintain and repair hardware components, peripheral devices, and computer systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Evaluate network performance using monitoring tools and techniques, identifying areas for improvement.
- Organize and schedule network upgrades and maintenance activities while minimizing disruptions to other users.

- Perform regular data backups to safeguard the organization's critical information and data.
- Technical Guidance:

- Provide technical direction and support to colleagues on computer and network usage.
- Offer comprehensive advice and instructions to address technical queries and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in network administration or system administration roles.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting system failures, network issues, and hardware problems.
- Experience in LAN infrastructure inspection, bug fixing, and repairs.
- Familiarity with software configuration and system maintenance.
- Knowledge of hardware components, peripheral devices, and computer systems.
- Ability to evaluate network performance and suggest improvements.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute upgrades and maintenance.
- Familiarity with data backup procedures and security measures.
- Effective communication skills to provide technical guidance and support.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
