- **Business development**:

- Managing Sales, operations, business development & accountable for profitability & increased growth. Handling and developing sales to enhance business within the assigned geographical territory.
- Driving business directly and through Sub Dealers, Irrigation contractors to increase sales achieve geographical expansion and broaden customer base. Develop strong network of clients and channel in the assigned geographical territory.
- Ensure sales target achievement as per the business plan of the region.
- Provide the necessary marketing support to customers as per the company policy.
- Handling Key account for the company in the various segments and support to resolve issues of after-sales-support / warranty etc.
