A PET Blowing Machines Operator is responsible for the efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottle-blowing machines. The operator ensures the production of high-quality plastic bottles, monitors the machine's performance, and troubleshoots any issues that may arise during the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate PET bottle-blowing machines and auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor the entire production process, adjusting settings as needed to maintain optimal machine performance and product quality.
- **Setup and Adjustment**:

- Set up machines for production runs, including mold changes and adjustments to meet specific product specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, temperature, air pressure, and other parameters are correctly set for the production of PET bottles.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and test produced bottles for defects such as thickness, shape, and integrity.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure bottles meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform regular preventive maintenance on PET blowing machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and operational issues in a timely manner to avoid production delays.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring that machines are operated in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- **Reporting**:

- Record production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the shift.
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members about the status of production and any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific brands of PET blowing machines.
- Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Min Experience : 1-2 year

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (preferred)
