**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for all aspects of safe machine operation in area of assigned responsibility including movement of finished product.
- The Machine Operator has the authority to shut down production equipment to prevent the production of defective product. Has the authority to place Non-Conforming Product on Hold.
- Randomly check parts produced every half hour, to ensure that customer specifications are met.
- Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
- Monitors flow of parts into assembling machinery, secondary equipment and storage containers.
- Tends machines, such as blow molders, preform unscramblers, and quality equipment, which are in the blow molding area, according to machine (product) standard.
- Works at different workstations as production needs require.
- Works online where tasks vary, as parts of various sizes and shapes move along the line.
- Check all finished parts for any possible defects (including grease, flash, punctures, and other defects).
- Completes daily report of parts produced, scrap parts and downtime which resulted.
- Notifies Lead Person, Mold Technician and/or Production Supervisor whenever items produced do not meet quality requirements, or if machinery need repair.
- Uses calculator to arrive at accurate calculations of different production-related data when necessary.
- Wears all required personal protective equipment.
- Maintains housekeeping of work areas.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: From ₹15,500.00 per month
