**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear products such as glasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses
- Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and frames to match customer needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and prescription information
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of eyewear products
- Recommend appropriate eyewear products based on customers' visual needs and style preferences
- Process transactions, including payments, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with new products and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in optical sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with eyewear products, lens types, coatings, and frames is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
