**About Us**:
Techtaru Digital is a leading IT and digital marketing company based in Jaipur. We provide high-quality web, app, and digital marketing solutions to clients across various industries. To support our growing sales operations, we are looking for **female telesales executives** who are confident, fluent in communication, and passionate about sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s digital services.
- Explain products and services clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with leads, maintain CRM entries, and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally.
- Maintain daily call records and report to the team lead.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of telesales or customer service experience**, preferably in IT or services sector.
- **Excellent communication skills** in both **Hindi and English** (mandatory).
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic on calls.
- Basic understanding of digital services is an advantage.
- Good attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Mansarovar, Jaipur**.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
