**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production of pharma products, including tablets, capsules, syrup and powder.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**.
- Leverage expertise in ingredient functionality and interactions to ensure product efficacy, stability, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide in Formulation and development of new products, as well as improve existing formulations.
- Monitor and manage quality control processes to guarantee product consistency and safety.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality assurance, Purchase and Production Teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and optimize processes.
- Ensure that all raw materials and finished products meet defined specification requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to blending, mixing, encapsulation, and tableting.
- Maintain comprehensive records of batch production and complete all necessary documentation.
- Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to best practices for nutraceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications:

- Valid Diploma/Degree in pharma is must.
- Strong knowledge of **GMP** and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment such as tablet presses, capsule filling machines, and blenders.
- Deep understanding of ingredient functionality and formulation techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
