Roles and Responsibilities 1.Contribute and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures for the Quality Assurance department. 2. Consumer complaints handling, conducting Root Cause Analysis, taking concerning Corrective and Preventive Actions. 3. Audit practices, factors, procedures, and systems that affect product quality to assure compliance with the company quality system and good manufacturing processes (GMPs). Maintain documents and reports. 4. Work with Production & maintenance personnel in an advisory role to assist them with quality issues within their department. 5.Analysing all parameters of processing and processed product with addition to raw material and packaging materials and ensuring quality of received raw & packaging materials. 6.Proper and timely feedback on product quality issues to quality head for immediate preventive /corrective actions. 7Assisting in regular sensory evaluation, managing outside testing for certain parameters, for the finished Product/Raw Materials. Control documents included:
1. Documents related to materials receiving management system.

2. Unique traceability record of all approved materials.

3. Packaging operation records.

4. Calibration & validation records of instruments.

5. Implemented Quality Management System records.

6. Product Quality Inspection records.

Qualification:
B.tech in Food.
Experiences:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG companies as Lab Chemist.
