Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
- Manage large inbound calls.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take an extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications and Experience
- Graduates from any stream
- Fresher or 0 to 2 years in customer care
- English and Malayalam Speaking is preferable.
- Excellent Communication in Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of Customers
- Proven customer support experience is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
