
Front Office Supervisor

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Overseeing the scheduling of client appointments to optimize the salon's efficiency and ensure that each stylist's time is maximized. This may involve using salon management software to manage bookings and maintain accurate records.
- **Staff Management**: Supervising front desk staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants. This involves training new employees, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring and replenishing salon supplies such as retail products, towels, and beverages to ensure that the salon is adequately stocked at all times. This may also involve tracking inventory levels and placing orders with suppliers as needed.
- **Cash Handling**: Overseeing cash transactions at the front desk, including processing payments, issuing refunds, and reconciling daily sales reports. Ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted accurately and securely.
- **Upselling and Retail Sales**: Encouraging clients to purchase retail products or additional services offered by the salon. This may involve recommending products based on the client's needs and educating them on the benefits of specific treatments or products.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area**: Ensuring that the reception area is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes tidying up magazines, replenishing refreshments, and arranging seating to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- **Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations**: Ensuring that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards and sanitation protocols. This may involve implementing policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infections and maintaining a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. This may involve following up with clients after their appointments to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback they may have.
