**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **creative and analytical Social Media Strategist** to plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube. You’ll help our brand grow online, engage audiences, and stay ahead of trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create and manage content calendars for timely and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor analytics, engagement metrics, and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitors.
- Experiment with new content formats like stories, reels, shorts, and memes.
- Manage influencer collaborations and paid social campaigns as needed.
**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to craft engaging content.
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
- Bonus: Experience with social media analytics tools, paid campaigns, and design tools like Canva or Figma.
