**Role Description**:
**Responsibilities/KPIs**:

- Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Manage the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Create social media campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, scheduling posts, write and publish social media posts, updating website content, and engage with followers.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
- Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic on various social media platforms.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support integrated marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Knowledge of Social Media Analytics & posting tools
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

**Salary**:Salary offered for this position is up to **INR 3,00,000 LPA**.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
